OUR COMMITMENT TO TIME
Your time is precious, and we totally get that! When you book an appointment with us, our experts prepare to provide you a stellar service. If you need to change your plans, kindly inform us at least 24 hours before your appointment to prevent any miscommunication.

FOR THE TARDY BELLAS
Life happens and sometimes you might run a tad bit late. If you find yourself caught up, please let us know ASAP. We will try our best to accommodate the change without compromising our service quality. If it impacts other reservations, we might have to reschedule your appointment.

SAVE THE DATE
To help you keep track of your appointment, we send a reminder via TEXT or EMAIL three days prior. Don't leave us hanging and confirm your date!

NO GHOSTING, PLEASE
When an appointment is forgotten or cancelled without 24-hour notice, it creates a ripple effect. It robs our stylists of their time and other guests of a potential slot. Therefore, we impose a cancellation fee to encourage commitment. Cancelling with less than 24-hour notice will cost 50% of the service charge and no-shows will cost the full service amount.

A CLEAN ENVIRONMENT
Our experts are careful to keep your belongings free of color and any salon mess. We provide smocks or capes for all hair services, and recommend leaving valuables at home. We treasure your trust in us!

CHILD POLICY
We adore children, but unattended ones on the salon floor can create safety concerns. We urge you to ensure your little ones are cared for while you're being pampered.

SERENE SPACE
We want our salon to be your sanctuary of tranquility. Let's keep phone calls to a minimum and voices down to maintain a relaxed atmosphere for all.

CUSTOMIZED CARE
Each client is unique, and so is their hair. If your hair is longer or denser than average (more than 14" in length), additional charges may apply due to increased product and/or time requirement. Our experts will discuss this with you during the consultation.

YOUR PAYMENT, YOUR WAY
We accept Cash, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, and Personal Checks. Payments can be made at our front desk or via our mobile portal from your chair. If your check bounces, administrative fees (minimum $10 – up to $35) will be charged.

YOUR SATISFACTION, OUR PRIORITY
